Deposits and Intake Forms are Required:

After booking, you will be guided to put in your information including your card info. Then you will pay the $10 deposit fee to ensure your spot on my books. If you need to reschedule it will transfer over, and if you need to cancel I will refund you your deposit. I also require Intake Forms for first time facial and PMU clients!

No Call/No Show:

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

I require at least a 48 hour window for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to accommodate other clients and manage my schedule effectively.

Habitual Cancellation or Lateness:

If client demonstrates a pattern of habitual cancellations or lateness, I reserve the right to refuse further appointment requests.

First-Time Offenses:

I understand that unexpected things can arise. For first-time offenses, I encourage open communication to discuss the situation and determine the best way to proceed.
